Hopeless Romantic!

That's me...I'm a hopeless romantic. The one always hoping that in the end the guy gets the girl. Well, Jake in knowing how hopeless I really am has surprised me a couple of times the past couple of months. First off was the big one.
Angel of Miracles: Trusting in life's everyday miracles

I LOVE my engagement ring. I honestly didn't think that I would get another ring after having so many blocks coming end. I thought I would be lucky to have one by June let alone only a few weeks after I received my first ring. The willow tree angel was perfect. I love the willow tree collection and tend to look at them a lot when I do get to go to deseret book.

I've never really celebrated Valentines Day before...and I honestly was a little nervous about how to go about this 'Love Day'. With D he hated the day and we never did anything...so v-day for me was met with nervous anticipation. Jake and I both worked late on V-day so we weren't planning on going out or anything. We actually ended up celebrating the night before. Jake came to my place right after work which was around 11pm still. I had spent the day trying to get everything together...I kinda failed at it but that's another story for another day. As I was setting up my gifts for Jake, Jake took that time to do so as well. Much to my surprise and a few tears later....

Soooo Beautiful!!

The first time Jake and I got to go to Deseret Book together (this is a rarity out here in Oregon since there is only one) I mentioned as we passed that one day I would like to have one of this in my home. At that time we weren't even talking wedding bells. Jake had apparently taken a mental note and I now have something beautiful to put in our apartment when we finally have our own place together in June. I can't wait to display the incredible reminder of how blessed I truly am. One if having a loving man in my life that pays attention to the little things that make me happy. Two to have the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation and the gift that Jesus Christ gave to us. I am a spoiled girl!
